Wii Fit can improve your balance, hand to eye coordination, build muscles, and it can really work your heart with cardiovascular exercise games. Think of it as your very own personal trainer.

Because of the high potential of the Nintendo Wii to promote exercise, many physical therapy facilities now have the Nintendo Wii console and Wii Fit add-ons to treat their patients. Nintendo Wii can help improve joint and muscle flexibility and it can provide you with a lot of fun doing so.

So, if you want to exercise and you also want to have a lot of fun doing so, you may want to try getting Nintendo Wii. With this video game system and the video games it offers, you will be active and keep yourself fit and healthy while experiencing the fun and excitement of playing with video games.

If you are giving WiiFit as a gift this Christmas, now is the time to buy. Just like last year many stores will run out of this popular gaming system and make many disappointed kids of all ages. Buy your WiiFit console along with the latest games now.

How many profiles can be stored on the Wii Fit?

Comicus asked:

I share an apartment with several (actually many) part time roommates. We’re all flight crew and live elsewhere so we don’t need a full time apartment all to ourselves. I’d like to buy a Wii Fit and share it with all my roommate’s but I need to know how many different profiles can be stored on the Wii Fit? And any recommendations on usage or choice or exercise programs?

can people play the wii fit together in different households?

sprasa asked:

Me and my sister live an hour away from each other and we don’t have work out partners so we were wondering.
If we both got the Wii Fit could we some how exercise together through the Wii?
Could we play games to compete against each other?
Could we monitor and track each others progress?
I already have the wii and so does she but I don’t want to buy the wii fit unless me and her can use it together.
So if this is possible, please tell me how you connect your wii with someone else.

Dance your way to Fit!
