Dance Dance Revolution. My friend lost 20 pounds playing it in the arcade everyday. True Story. Also Wii sports.

Some sports games for the wii are coming out soon and they are similar to wii sports but better.
The New Super Mario Bros.
I would stick with Wii Fit, DDR, Wii Sports (duh), and any games that use the Wii Fit Balance Board. The Balance Board helps you train all your muscles, not just your arms, helping you lose weight and gain muscle.

I would say that you have heard of the two games that are geared toward fitness. The Jillian Micheals’ game is much more challenging than Wii Fit. You definitely get a workout. (I was sore for 3 days after I challenged my family on it. Not the fit, at most a day of soreness.) When you need more of a challenge move on to Jillian Micheals, who by the way is from The Biggest Loser show.
